BIOGRAPHY

With one compilation for Alchemy Records under his belt – Echo VA – and the first release for new label Furthur Progressions Records ‘London Landscapes’ (compiled with DJ Bedouin) and a full calendar of events for the 2008 summer, DJ Hamish is having a very busy year. His individual style and taste behind the decks, combining psy, progressive and techno elements, never fails to grab attention, and is reflected in his bookings for festivals such as Boom, Life, Universo Parallelo, Glade and Furthur Gathering in 2008 alone.

With the main influence on warm, strong, psychedelic and groovy music that ranges from progressive to full-on, he always tries to go on a journey when behind the decks. Added to the Alchemy Records roster in 2006, he has played along side the leading artists in the Progressive and Psychedelic genres: Vibrasphere, Allaby, Yotopia, Antix, Freq, Ace Ventura, Rinkadink, Dick Trevor, Shane Gobi, Ans and Edoardo to name a few.
