Standard Terms & Conditions

* We will always ask you to fill in the booking form for each event.

* 50% of the fee at least 1 month in advance before the event.

* All fee’s discussed are confidential between artist, promoter & agent.

* Contract must be signed and returned within 7 days to secure the date.

* Artist, Record Label and Neon logo’s should be included in promotion for event.

* Flights are best bought from Heathrow. Other London airports incur extra travel expenses.

(except: Koxbox & Earthling fly from Ibiza)

* Communication is essential at all times for a smooth and easy booking.
